We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our facilities.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks and repairs to keep our facilities in excellent condition. 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience supervising a maintenance crew a plus.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning floors.
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
  • Cleans and assist with upkeep of the facilities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule

  • Full and/or Part-time.

Rate of Pay

  • $17-$20 an hour depending on experience
